UPPSC Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services Examination 2025 – 210 Vacancies

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has announced the Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services Examination 2025, including positions for Assistant Conservator of Forest (ACF) and Range Forest Officer (RFO). Age Criteria (as of July 1, 2025):

  • Minimum Age: 21 years​
  • Maximum Age: 40 years​

Age relaxation is applicable as per UPPSC rules.

  1. Combined Upper Subordinate Services: 200 Post
    • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.​
  2. Assistant Conservator of Forest (ACF): 10 Posts​
    • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with at least one of the following subjects: Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Geology, Forestry, Statistics; or a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Engineering.​
  3. Range Forest Officer (RFO): Number of posts not specified​
    • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with at least one of the following subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Forestry, Geology, Agriculture, Statistics, Horticulture, Environment; or a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or Veterinary Science.​

Post-Specific Eligibility:

  • District Administrative Officer: Master’s degree in any subject.​
  • Labour Enforcement Officer: Bachelor’s degree with Economics, Sociology, or Commerce, along with a postgraduate diploma or degree in Law, Labour Relations, Labour Welfare, Labour Law, Commerce, Sociology, Social Work, Social Welfare, Trade Management, or Personnel Management.​
  • Food Safety Officer (FSO): Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, Oil Technology, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Sciences, Biochemistry, Microbiology; or a postgraduate degree in Chemistry; or a degree in Medicine.​
  • Assistant Director/District Audit Officer/Senior Lecturer (Local Fund Audit Department): Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) with proficiency in Hindi written in Devanagari script.​
  • Sub Registrar: Bachelor’s degree in Law with proficiency in Hindi written in Devanagari script.​
  • District Health Education and Information Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Sociology or Social Science and a postgraduate diploma in Health Education.​
  • Assistant Commissioner and Assistant Registrar (Cooperative): Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or Agriculture with proficiency in Hindi written in Devanagari script.​
  • District Audit Officer/Assistant Director (Cooperative Societies and Panchayat Audit): Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) with proficiency in Hindi written in Devanagari script.​
  • Assistant Labour Commissioner: Master’s degree in Economics, Sociology, Commerce, Law, Labour Relations, Labour Welfare, Labour Laws, Sociology, Commerce, Social Work/Welfare, Business Management, or Personnel Management.​
